Connect Microsoft, install the agent on a test device, and start troubleshooting from the web experience.
Connect your tenant
Sign in with your Microsoft admin account. Microsoft will ask for the consent needed to create the IntuneRT workspace.
Install on a test device
Generate a direct PowerShell command first, or deploy through Intune when you are ready for rollout.
Open web tools
Launch realtime troubleshooting from the Devices page as soon as the agent checks in.
Workspace setup
Sign in with your Microsoft admin account to access the portal.
You'll return to IntuneRT after Microsoft sign-in is complete.
