Information We Collect
IntuneRT collects the information needed to create and operate your workspace. This includes account and identity details such as your name, email address, tenant identifier, and session identifiers.
We also collect workspace profile information provided during setup, such as your organization or workspace name, primary contact details, and the configuration choices used to connect Microsoft services and deploy the IntuneRT agent.
When you use the service, we may process device and operational data such as deployment identifiers, connected device identifiers, agent version details, audit events, troubleshooting activity, file transfer metadata, IP addresses, browser details, and the content you intentionally submit through the product.
If AI-assisted features are enabled, prompts, relevant troubleshooting context, session history, and selected command results may be sent to the configured AI provider so the service can generate responses and summaries.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, authorize access, create and secure workspaces, deploy and manage the IntuneRT agent, provide remote troubleshooting features, and maintain auditability for sensitive administrative actions.
We also use information to improve service reliability, investigate misuse or security incidents, respond to support requests, and meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Retention and Security
We retain account, tenant, and audit data for as long as your workspace remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operational, support, and legal purposes.
Some data categories have shorter lifetimes. For example, live troubleshooting session data may expire after inactivity, and temporary file transfers may be deleted automatically after a limited period.
IntuneRT is designed for organizational IT administration use. Customer organizations are responsible for access decisions inside their tenant, while we maintain administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect the service.
International Processing
Depending on your deployment and provider configuration, information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our cloud, identity, and AI providers operate.
When that happens, we rely on the safeguards, contractual protections, and regional controls provided by those services where available.
Your Choices and Questions
Workspace administrators can manage authorized users and remove access inside the product. Customer organizations remain responsible for their own tenant configuration, user permissions, and endpoint management policies.
If you need to request access, correction, deletion, or have a privacy question, contact support@intunert.com. We review requests in line with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
