What counts toward the device limit?

Any registered Windows device with an active IntuneRT agent counts toward the included device pool for that SKU.

How do MSP plans work?

MSP plans pool device capacity under one MSP SKU so you can manage multiple customer environments against a shared limit.

What happens when I hit the included device count?

New device registrations stop once the quota is reached. Move to the next SKU or a custom tier to keep onboarding devices.

How do AI assistant and AI session summary limits work?

The Free plan currently includes 25 AI assistant requests per day and 2 AI troubleshooting session summaries per day. Paid and custom tiers currently run without enforced daily AI caps.

Do Enterprise and MSP Elite have fixed caps?

Both are custom-priced tiers. The ranges shown here are a starting point for commercial conversations and negotiated limits.
