Payments Through Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record for paid IntuneRT subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, issues receipts and invoices, and administers eligible refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy.
The price, billing cadence, licensed-device quota, and validity period shown in your approved IntuneRT quote are confirmed again at checkout before payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues through that period, and Paddle will not take another renewal payment.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund time remaining in the current billing period. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply under law or Paddle's buyer terms.
Refund Requests
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or the billing portal to request a refund. You can also request help through Paddle's buyer support site at paddle.net.
IntuneRT's standard voluntary refund window is 14 calendar days from the date of the initial paid subscription payment. Requests made within that 14-day window are reviewed and administered by Paddle as merchant of record.
Renewal payments, additional capacity, and requests made after 14 calendar days are not ordinarily refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a documented technical failure prevents delivery of the paid service. This policy does not limit any statutory refund or withdrawal right that applies to you.
If a technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery of paid IntuneRT access, contact support@intunert.com so we can investigate the workspace activation and coordinate with Paddle where a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing time and any currency or payment-method limitations are governed by Paddle's refund policy and the financial institutions involved.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
